The company's products caught, as in other countries, in Russian reservoirs, include fillets of different types of fish - Cod, Pike-Perch, Perch, Haddock, Pike, Wild Carp, Bream, Sheat Fish, Hunchback Salmon, Pollack, Hake, Halibut, Turbot, Salmon, Trout and others. There are also semi-processed fish products - fish lockets, fish cutlets, fish fingers, minced fish and soup mixtures.

Our company does not work with fully processed fish since we try to preserve and supply to the customer the taste and freshness of freshly caught fish.

The plant is certified under the HASSP, the International Quality Directorate system. This means that the plant has introduced new principles of quality control on the products on offer to the client.

The main conditions for success on the market are maintaining a high quality and safety of products released onto the market.

The basic guidelines the company employs for the realisation of its policies in the realm of quality and safety of products are:

- the use of new technology in the area of the manufacture of fish products
- the organising of ongoing work with consumers, the stock-taking and analysis of claims relating to the non-observance of requirements relating to the safety of products, with the aim of decreasing to a minimum the probability that a non-quality product is released onto the market
- ongoing work with the suppliers of raw materials and auxiliary products, with the aim of bettering the quality of products released onto the market
- the minimization of the time period involved for the transportation of raw materials and finished products, including a strict observance of the temperature regime during transportation and preservation
- the introduction of a quality control system based on the principles of HASSP, a system designed to define the possible risks, of a chemical, physical or bacteriological origin, and for the control of those risks
- the use of contemporary manufacturing equipment made by Bitzer of Germany

The high quality of the company's products are attested to by the presence of a Euro number (86H). Our plant is therefore certified to supply to EU countries.

At present, the volume of products released onto the market is 3000 kg per day
The range of products is made up of 70 named brands, such as 'Cape of Good Hope' (Mys Udachi) and 'Silver Source' (Serebriany Fond).
